Chris Walsh

Chris Walsh is a highly accomplished fintech executive with more than three decades of experience building, scaling, and leading technology companies serving the global capital markets. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for driving innovation, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering transformational growth across the financial services industry.

Chris served as Chief Executive Officer of Acadia from 2015 through its successful acquisition by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in 2023. During his tenure, Acadia became the market-leading provider of integrated risk management, margin automation, and post-trade solutions, helping financial institutions navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and operational landscape. Prior to becoming CEO, Chris served as Acadia's Chief Operating Officer, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the business, expanding its product offerings, and driving operational excellence.

Earlier in his career, Chris held senior leadership positions at NYSE Euronext, NYFIX, and Fundtech, building extensive expertise across capital markets infrastructure, electronic trading, and financial technology.
