Caitlin Rogers
Co-Founder, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer
Caitlin Rogers is a senior executive and attorney with more than 15 years of experience helping technology and financial infrastructure companies scale operations, navigate complex regulatory environments, and execute strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to co-founding Helios Foundry Partners, Caitlin served as Head of Legal for Acadia, a leading provider of risk management and post-trade infrastructure solutions serving many of the world's largest financial institutions. During her tenure, she supported the company's commercial expansion, strategic partnerships, governance initiatives, enterprise customer relationships, and regulatory programs. Caitlin helped build the legal, commercial, and operational framework that supported Acadia's growth and eventual acquisition by London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in 2023.
Following the acquisition, Caitlin joined LSEG's Post Trade Solutions division as Legal Director, where she continued supporting Acadia and other businesses within the portfolio. During her tenure, she led complex commercial transactions, governance initiatives, regulatory compliance programs, operational risk management efforts, and strategic business initiatives across global markets.
Earlier in her career, Caitlin held leadership roles at State Street and other technology organizations, developing expertise in enterprise technology, procurement, risk management, commercial operations, and organizational growth.
At Helios Foundry Partners, Caitlin is responsible for legal strategy, corporate governance, commercial structuring, risk management, organizational development, and incubation framework design. She leads the development of the Company's governance, operational, and administrative infrastructure while helping evaluate, launch, and scale new business opportunities across technology, infrastructure, and emerging markets.
