David J. Lipinski
Investor & Strategic Advisor - Contracts and Project Execution
David J. Lipinski is a real estate developer, community leader, and governance professional with more than 35 years experience in land development, permitting, marketing, and property transactions throughout Massachusetts, Vermont, and New York. Over the course of his career, he has successfully executed more than 1,000 real estate transactions as an owner and principal developer, developing extensive expertise in land use, environmental considerations, permitting, and community planning.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, David focused on property acquisitions for Patten Corporation, a major NASDAQ listed land development company. In this role, David was the regional President of northeast operations.
David currently serves as a Board Member and Trustee of Adams Community Bank; a role he has held for more than 15 years. He has served on numerous committees with a focus on governance, oversight, and community stewardship. His experience spans both the public and private sectors, including service on planning, zoning, finance, conservation, and other municipal boards and committees. David is currently the Chair of the Conservation Commission of the Town of Adams Massachusetts.
