Thomas ("Moss") Mosimann

Strategic Advisor - Capital Formation and Growth Strategy

Thomas "Moss" Mosimann is a technology investor, entrepreneur, and financial markets executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning capital markets, financial technology, enterprise software, strategic investing, and business growth.

Moss is currently Chairman of Alkymi, Inc., an AI data transformation company focused on financial services. He is also the Founder of Aimar Capital, a fintech investment and advisory firm, and has invested in and advised numerous technology and financial services companies throughout his career. Prior to his investment activities, Moss spent nearly two decades at Morgan Stanley, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including Global Head of Fixed Income Strategic Investments, overseeing strategic investments and partnerships across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. During his tenure, he managed a portfolio of equity investments and helped execute numerous investment and exit transactions.

Moss is also an accomplished entrepreneur. He founded jClarity, a software company focused on Java performance optimization and enterprise applications, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2019. He was also part of the founding team of ThreatSpike, a cybersecurity monitoring and managed security services company, where he has served as a board member. Throughout his career, he has served on the boards of numerous market infrastructure and technology companies, including Locowise, Markit, Tradeweb, NYSE Liffe US, LiquidityHub, and LCH European Portfolio Holdings.

His experience as both an operator and investor provides valuable perspective as the Company evaluates, develops, and scales new products, services, and infrastructure opportunities.
