Mark Demo is a seasoned financial services executive with more than three decades of experience helping global financial institutions navigate complex collateral management, post-trade operations, and regulatory change. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his deep industry expertise, strategic leadership, and ability to build trusted relationships across the financial services ecosystem.

Most recently, Mark led Business Development at Acadia, where he worked closely with many of the world's leading banks, asset managers, and market participants to deliver innovative collateral and risk management solutions. He has represented JP Morgan on numerous ISDA industry working groups and strategic initiatives focused on the OTC derivatives market and previously served as Co-Chair of the ISDA Collateral Steering Committee, the ISDA WGMR Collateral and Margin Processing Working Group, and the Portfolio Integrity Working Group. His extensive knowledge of market infrastructure, regulatory initiatives, and operational transformation has made him a respected advisor across the industry.
